Zipper Closure Pouches with Slider

In response to the display needs of the clothing industry, especially those producing underwear, hosiery, and swimwear, NUOVA PLASTILINE offers zipper and slide closures (internal link) on polyethylene (PE-LD/PE-HD) bags.

The application of zipper and slide closures allows the bag to effectively contain and display clothing products.

The zipper and slide closure makes these bags particularly suitable for containing personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks and gloves, as well as recreational materials such as balloons and party and birthday party supplies.

Custom Drillings

To meet the needs of its footwear industry customers, NUOVA PLASTILINE offers various types of drilling, based on the required standards.

Using specialized machinery, NUOVA PLASTILINE staff can create anti-choking holes and standard European holes upon request.

Adhesive Hooks

To meet its customers’ display needs, NUOVA PLASTILINE provides adhesive hooks for application on polyethylene (PE-LD/PE-HD) and polypropylene (PP) bags.

It also offers a range of adhesive hooks on rolls for manual application by the customer.

The adhesive hooks for bags are made of PET polyethylene and guarantee excellent resistance, thus facilitating the display of products in the bags designed by the company for hosiery manufacturers, the textile and clothing industry in general, the medical PPE sector, and the recreational and leisure sector.

Ultrasonic Welding

NUOVA PLASTILINE, using a highly technological and cutting-edge fleet of machinery, performs ultrasonic welding on plastics such as bags with or without polyethylene reinforcement (PE-LD/PE-HD) and polypropylene (PP) bags intended for product display.

This special process is specifically performed on polyethylene (PE-LD/PE-HD) bags with hooks (internal link), polypropylene (PP) bags with hooks, and polypropylene (PP) bags with reinforcement (internal link), products manufactured by NUOVA PLASTILINE for the apparel and hosiery industries.

Ultrasonic welding is a special type of process that uses ultrasound to weld plastics. Using high-tech welding machines, we perform extremely fast welding cycles on plastic products, even in series.

Flexographic Printing

Using special high-tech machinery, NUOVA PLASTILINE prints a wide range of bags in various formats using four or six-color flexographic printing, including polyethylene bags with hooks (PE-LD / PE-HD), polypropylene (PP) bags with hooks, polyethylene tear-off bags (PE-LD / PE-HD), bags with polypropylene (PP) reinforcement, and polyethylene zip-lock bags with sliders (PE-LD / PE-HD).

Heat-Sealed Bags with Hook

To ensure maximum weight resistance for polyethylene (PE-LD/PE-HD) hook bags and polypropylene (PP) hook bags, NUOVA PLASTILINE heat-welds the hooks, a special type of heat sealing on plastics.

The heat-sealed hook bags are more resistant to the weight of displayed products than bags with adhesive hooks.
