NUOVA PLASTILINE

Is able to satisfy numerous requests at the same time and to supply plastic bags and bags by customizing the processing and finishing.

We perform applications such as printing bags in Flexographic up to 10 colours, ultrasonic welding with or without reinforcement, hooks heat-sealing and makes adhesive hooks for bags, zipper and sliders, perforations.

Zipper and slider closure

In response to the exhibition needs of the clothing sector, especially of the manufacturers of underwear, underwear, socks and costumes, NUOVA PLASTILINE produces zipper and slider closures (internal link) on Polyethylene bags (PE-LD / PE-HD).

Drilling

To meet the needs of its customers in the shoe industry, NUOVA PLASTILINE performs different types of perforations, based on the required standards.

Adhesive hooks for bags

In response to the display needs of its customers, NUOVA PLASTILINE supplies adhesive hooks to be applied on polyethylene bags (PE-LD / PE-HD) and on polypropylene bags (PP).

Ultrasonic welding

NUOVA PLASTILINE, using a highly tech and latest generation machine park, performs ultrasonic welding on plastic materials such as bags with or without Polyethylene reinforcement (PE-LD / PE-HD) and Polypropylene (PP) bags intended for display of products.

Flexographic printing

Using special highly technological machinery, NUOVA PLASTILINE prints in Flexographic in four or six colours a wide range of bags in various sizes including bags with hook in Polyethylene

Heat sealing

To ensure maximum resistance to the weight of bags with polyethylene hooks (PE-LD / PE-HD) and bags with polypropylene (PP) hooks, NUOVA PLASTILINE performs hooks heat-sealing, that is a particular type of “hot” sealing on plastics.
